Lee Iben is the Founder of ActionCOACH Campus and an Executive Business Coach dedicated to helping business owners build stronger, more profitable companies. Drawing on decades of entrepreneurial experience, Lee works alongside owners to install the systems, structure, and accountability necessary to create businesses that grow consistently—and ultimately operate without constant owner involvement.

Lee’s business perspective was shaped early through entrepreneurship and leadership roles across several ventures, including building and managing a successful pediatric dental practice alongside his wife, Dr. Polly Iben. Through those experiences, he gained firsthand insight into the pressures business owners face every day—balancing growth, managing teams, navigating financial decisions, and finding time for family and personal life.

Today, Lee guides business owners through a structured framework focused on clarity, marketing strategy, financial performance, and operational systems. His coaching combines practical business experience with proven methodologies to help clients move from reactive decision-making to confident, strategic leadership.

In addition to his coaching work, Lee is the creator of several business development initiatives and programs designed to simplify marketing and growth for small business owners, including installing a marketing control center that brings together planning, systems, and coaching support in one place.
